Ryan joined WK in 1998 after earning a bachelor’s degree in accounting and
graduating summa cum laude from Southwest Baptist University. Ryan specializes in accounting, audit, and consulting projects for construction companies and not-for-profit organizations.  In January 2012, he joined WK's ownership group.

Ryan holds memberships with the Missouri Society of Certified Public Accountants, the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Associated General Contractors of Missouri, Inc.  He is a graduate of leadership programs including the Williams-Keepers Leadership Academy and Leadership Jefferson City, sponsored by the Jefferson City Area Chamber of Commerce.

Ryan is a past member of the Southridge Baptist Church Finance Committee and current member of the church's Personnel Committee, and also serves on selected Chamber of Commerce committees.
