Troy is a member/owner of WK with extensive auditing, accounting and consulting experienece. During his 18 years in public accounting, Troy has provided audit and consulting services to businesses that range from Fortune 500 companies to sole practitioners. Since joining WK in 1995, he has provided services to entities in a wide variety of industries, including including financial institutions, agribusiness, manufacturing, wholesale/retail, property management and many others.

In addition to working with WK’s financial institutions and agribusiness clients, Troy is also responsible for the firm’s business valuation practice. He has earned the Accredited in Business Valuation designation from the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and is a member of the American Society of Appraisers. He has experience in working with mergers and acquisitions, prospective financial statements, litigation and other aspects of business management consulting.

Troy earned a bachelor of arts degree in accounting from Westminster College in Fulton, Missouri.

Troy is a member of the AICPA, the Missouri Society of Certified Public Accountants, and the National Society of Accountants for Cooperatives. He has served as a member of the PKF Business Valuation Committee and as an officer of various community organizations. He is a graduate of the Columbia Chamber of Commerce 2003 Leadership Columbia program.
