David offers business and tax consulting services to family-owned businesses and partnerships. His specialty services include reorganizations, mergers, succession planning, and estate planning services, including wills, trusts, family limited partnerships, gifts and compensation planning. He is also active in planning for the needs of those in or approaching their retirement years.

After serving as a member owner of Williams-Keepers for 35 years and the firm’s managing member for 28 years, David left the membership group at the end of 2007. He continues to serve clients from WK’s Columbia office.

David is a past member of the board of directors of PKF North America, an association of independently owned accounting firms. He earned a bachelor of science degree in accounting and a Doctorate of Jurisprudence (J.D.) from the University of Missouri.
