| John joined Williams-Keepers LLC as a member owner in 1989. He provides tax and financial consulting to numerous businesses and individuals. His legal background and tax emphases allow him to provide informed analyses of current legislation and changing industry regulations. John specializes in providing tax and financial services for closely held business entities. He also has extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions, estate planning and issues unique to family businesses and their succession to the next generation. John leads the firm's Real Estate and Construction niche team. John earned a bachelor’s degree from Rhodes College in 1973 and a joint J.D./ MBA from Saint Louis University in 1977. John plays an active role on the Missouri State Penitentiary Redevelopment Commission and several local civic and charitable organizations. He previously served as chairman of the Jefferson City YMCA and the Jefferson City Chamber of Commerce. He is presently an adjunct professor at the University of Missouri in the Masters of Accountancy program. John is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Missouri Society of Certified Public Accountants and the Missouri Bar Association. |
