Russ joined Williams-Keepers LLC’s ownership group in 1984 and was elected the firm’s managing member in 2002. He guides WK’s growth and direction, overseeing 13 member owners and approximately 85 associates at the firm’s locations in Columbia and Jefferson City. He is responsible for the strategic leadership of the firm as well as the management of its day-to-day operations.

Russ graduated from the University of Missouri with a bachelor of science degree in accounting in 1973. He attends annual continued professional education involving firm leadership and management issues.

Russ is a member of the Missouri Society of Certified Public Accountants, the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Missouri Bankers Association and the Missouri Independent Bankers Association. He serves on the MU Accountancy Advisory Board, the boards of directors for Regional Economic Development, Inc., the Columbia Area Jobs Foundation, and the Country Club of Missouri, and he is a member of the Mizzou Flagship Council.
