CLIENT ALERT: Payroll tax cut extended through the end of 2012

On Wednesday, February 22, President Barack Obama signed into law HR 3630, the bill passed by Congress the previous week that will extend the two percent payroll tax cut through the end of the year. The legislation also extends unemployment benefits and prevents a cut in Medicare payments to physicians.
