WK devotes significant resources to training staff in the government niche to ensure their work is efficient and accurate. Our firm is a member of the Government Finance Officers Association, and we serve as a host site for GFOA annual updates and seminars.

WK is also a member of the AICPA Governmental Audit Quality Center, which was created in 2004 to serve as a comprehensive resource on governmental audits for member firms, create a community of firms that demonstrate a commitment to governmental audit quality, and provide an online forum tool for members to share best practices and discuss governmental audit issues. Membership, which is voluntary, requires a firm's commitment to audit quality in the critical area of governmental audits.
